Inspired by the resilient and hardworking "palenqueras". These women walk around the streets selling fruits in bowls on top of their heads. Lía pays tribute to those women as they are a symbol of freedom and strength. Lía captures their essence, as it becomes one with the beautiful gesture of stacking the "bowl" on top of the "body".
